The bad part about it though is you lose a lot of the characters personality when a dub is done as this game in particular some of the characters have very unique voices which are acted quite well.
Or else there would be lines said that would be unable to have subtitles attached with them.
Therefore I have a strong feeling that it would need to be dubbed. Just that both titles have a lot of voiced lines so Id imagine they would want to offer dubs for the fans too since if they go a subtitled only route would make some of the in dungeon / in battle type of VO lines a bit hard to subtitle due to how they appear / are used in game. In this title should be fine as is for the most part. Though one thing in regards to Dungeon Travelers 2 though is one character might be hard to localized the title without editing the images. Though seeing how the Vita is getting pushed more for import titles these days it "might" be a possibility. Not sure truthfully seeing how they didnt touch the PSP versions.
